Palm Springs

We escaped to Palm Springs last weekend with our good friends Kim and Dusty and their little guy Dillan. We had a blast!! James and Dillan had a great time together! It was so much fun watching them play with each other. They are going to best buds one day, the two little meatballs! We relaxed by the pool, cooked yummy dinners and have never laughed so hard while watching the SC game! James loved his floaty...he could sit in the pool all day! We are so thankful for the Olson family and look forward to many more trips to the desert!

Our trip to Maui

We had an awesome time in Maui! We celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary, attended our friends wedding and had the time of our lives as a family! We went to the pool and beach everyday and James loved it. He loved eating the sand by the handfuls and had no fear of the ocean. James was a champ on both flights and I was so thankful for that! Even though it was only 10 days I feel like he is now a little boy with a full on personality! He wants everyone to look at him and makes really funny noises to get their attention. He is a ham and always has a smile on his face! Here are a few pics o four trip! We cant wait to go back!!!

The 4th!

We had an awesome 4th of July! The weather was awesome and we celebrated with good friends. We went to beach and got some sun and then we went on a long bike ride. James loves his bike seat and Jimmy rode the tandem bike that we found and spruced up! Then we ate yummy food and lit our own fireworks. Another great fourth!

He loves playing and throwing everything off his bookshelf! Every time we go in his room to get him he is standing waiting for us to rescue him. He has chewed all the sides of his crib..he is our little puppy!

Wow! It has been so long since I last posted pictures! We finally got a new computer so I can upload new photos way faster! We are loving every second with our little man! He is so much fun to be around. We love going on bike rides, playing at the beach or park and just being a family. He is almost 10 months...he is growing up too fast. He has 3 teeth and loves to eat! He smiles at everything and now he makes this really funny face at people. Here are a few pics of James!!

Good Morning!

I just love mornings with him! We hear him chatting away so we go in his room to get him and his face lights up and he gives us the biggest smile! I just love picking him up in the morning, he is such a cuddle bug! A few days ago I walked in to get him and he was standing up in his crib with a huge smile. I was scared to death considering I hadn't moved his mattress down yet and he was practically hanging out of his crib...oh well! It is lowered now! Here are a few pics of his morning look...wild hair and squinty eyes!

A Day At Sea!

Over Memorial weekend we planned on going on a relaxing Duffy ride with our good friends Dusty and Kim. We got to the Duffy and someone else had taken it out so we ended up taking his grandpa's boat on a cruise. It was a beautiful day! James loved the boat! We are lucky because he loves just about everything! I love being his mom and just watching him journey through life. His smile brightens up my day!
